Today i was so hungry and i felt of trying something delicious , light and refreshing for my dinner !
What is it? A wonderful ,delicious salad free of cheese with everything you need to get your energy and vitamins in the most pleasing way !
You will need :
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Fresh onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- Tomato
- Carrot
- Boiled turkey and ham slices
- Crackers
- Greek "tzatziki" ( it's a super delicious mixture of greek yogurt , cucumber and garlic :3 )
- Olives
Chop everything in a large plate or bowl ( i prefer plates so i can have everything around )
Add some pepper on your eggs , add two spoons of tzatziki in your salad and enjoooooooy !
There is also some cold Lipton Tea "Red Fruits" which tastes incredibly good and matches a lot this dish :3
