Beauty and Health : Cinnamon's benefits


Hello to all my friends !



Today's article is about health and beauty issues and specifically about cinnamon's benefits that we didn't know ! Cinnamon is a widely known product used on cooking but there are many alternative ways to use it for your own benefit that will amaze you !

Skin's health care , beauty , brain's health , mouth's hygiene and also household benefits are some of the categories that cinnamon works really nice ! 

Let's analyze one by one what cinnamon can offer to our daily life!


BEAUTY  

1. Say goodbye to annoying acne !

You can make your own home made formula against the acne with some simple ingredients you already have in your kitchen and of course cinnamon ! Mix 3 large spoons of honey and 1 small spoon of cinnamon and make a thick paste until it's colour will be familliar to chocolate's one. Right after , apply this paste on your face and let it stay for 10 minutes ( until you start feel a light burning feeling ) . Then wash your face and dry it with a soft dry towel ! Cinnamon will stop the acne causing by bacteria meanwhile the honey will hydrate your skin and chase away any irritation.  ( I tried it and i was amazed ! My skin was really soft and clean )




2. Get Angelina Jolie-style lips !


I suggest DALON vaseline with chocolate smell . It's awesome!
Another cinnamon's amazing feature is that it can cause a small helpful irritation by accelerating blood's circulation ! How can you use this feature for your making your lips look healthier ,full and juicy ? Follow the following steps ! All you need is vaseline and cinnamon ! Put some vaseline on your lips and then tap gently some cinnamon on them . Massage them for 3 minutes and let it on for 1 more minute :) . Apply some more vaseline on the top ! Leave it on as much as you want and then remove this paste with a warm wet towel ! Your lips will look full , smooth and red at once ! 
( I tried it and i really liked the result :) )


3. Get smooth body skin 

After toning your facial skin and lips , your body's skin is next on the list ! Make your own home made natural scrub cream to remove the dead cells from your skin and watch it shinning !! You will need : almond oil , olive oil , salt , honey and of course cinnamon . Mix all the ingredients together and massage your whole body with this cream , then wash out with warm water ! Enjoy your smooth skin ! ^^ 



4. Protect your hair from hair loss !!

Hair loss is a really bad phenomenon and can be caused by psychological factors , bad genetics , wrong diet and damaging activities . In any of these cases the effect of hair falling everywhere is for sure not satisfying for anyone . Make sure you will follow a healthy balanced diet , you will stay away from stress situations and pressure and also stay away from hair extensions and heating styling objects .
As long as cinnamon accelerates blood's circulation , it can be really useful as a tonic on your head skin and build a base for strong hair . Here's a home made mask with cinnamon base that will save your hair in combination with the highlighted tips above. Mix 2 spoons of honey and cinnamon in a cup ( 1/2 filled with hot olive oil ) . Add an egg to make the mask thicker and put it on wet hair . Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes and right after brush them gently . Use your shampoo to wash out the mask and wash your hair as usual .



MOUTH HYGIENE

Mouth's hygiene is really important both for healthy and aesthetic reasons. Everyday brushing and use of mouth wash products can secure a healthy routine for your mouth and teeth but sometimes during the day ,especially if you smoke or eat spicy or sugar snacks bacteria can cause bad breath effect . Cinnamon is widely known as a solution for this problem ( that's why it appears to products such as chewing gums ) . The explanation for this is on the oil it contains that is responsible for killing the bacteria which cause bad breath .  If you don't want to purchase chewing gums you can either chew some mint leaves or cinnamon in the morning or make your own home made mouthwash by mixing a spoon of honey and cinnamon with some warm water ! And simple as that you have fresh breath ^_^ !


BRAIN GAIN !

The results of some test according to cinnamon are really interesting so i decided to share them with you ! Cinnamon appears to affect possitive the brain :) Specifically test results showed that : 

  • People who chew cinnamon/mint ( or cinnamon/mint gums ) appear to have 30% higher vigilance of their brain comparing to people who don't chew .
  • People who chew cinnamon/mint ( or cinnamon/mint gums ) reduce the tireness feeling around 20% .
  • People who chew cinnamon/mint ( or cinnamon/mint gums ) had reduced levels of disappointment around 20% 

HOUSEHOLD USE 


1. Let your house sink in fresh smell  !  

Make your own home made parfume to make your house smell fresh like spring ! You will need :
vinegar made of apples , dry carnation and cinnamon sticks . Boil them in weak fire and add some orange peels ! 



2. Say goodbye forever to ants !

If you live close to nature or you had an ant attack in the middle of spring-summer don't worry ! Cinnamon can help you chase them away ! Spray some cinnamon's essential oil around the doors and the windows and say goodbye to them !
